Cherries, Brandied

Brandied Cherries

Great for cocktail garnishes or a quick sweet bite now and then...keep a jar in the fridge, they won't last long..


2 Cups Brandy
1 Cup Red Wine
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Pounds Pitted Cherries (Fresh when in season, but Frozen will due in a pinch)
