Canned Pickled Garlic

3 pound peeled, cleaned garlic

4 cups 5% acidity white vinegar

3 Tbl pickling Salt

Herbs and Spices, optional

Cleaning and peeling garlic is a lot of work. Save sometime and buy a big bag from your local wholesale club like Sam's Club or Costco.  Or an asian market.

1 Cup Red Wine

1 1/2 Cups Sugar

3 Pounds Pitted Cherries (Fresh when in season, but Frozen will due in a pinch)
